When I was in 5th grade, I had to get glasses. It wasn't fun and I don't remember it fondly. Now, my daughter is in 5th grade and she needs glasses. It helped that the glasses available for kids are much, much cuter than 25 years ago, but I wanted my own way to make her feel special.
So, I turned to my Cricut and my scrap bag of vinyl...

I used the Rock Princess cartridge to personalize her glasses case. The front...

And the happy recipient!

Her class was so impressed that all her eyeglass-wearing friends are bringing me their cases to personalize!
