To the left, you will see a new page that I designed for a class coming up at Busy Scrappin in Bellevue on Friday, Jan. 22. It uses the new Cricut Love Struck cartridge -- one of the seasonal carts they have come out with to satisfy us who want holiday images but don't want to pay a fortune for a fully packed cart.
Love Struck is a beautiful cartridge, but some of the cuts are very intricate and can be tricky to cut. The best advice I can give is to cut these images at least 4 or 5 inches in size. Any smaller and the cuts may not come out properly.
This was also the first time that I have ventured into paper piercing and stitching with the heart in the middle. It was super easy, actually!

Welcome to the I Teach Scraps Blog!

Hello! I am excited to have my own blog site. This is way cool. I plan to use this site to promote my scrapbook instruction business, as well as pass on lots of scrapbooking tips and ideas to my family, friends and clients, both past and present. I'll also through a little of my personal life in for fun.Feel free to comment, ask questions, email me, ask me to post pictures of your projects, etc. Just let me know how I can help!
